Mikhail Quijada managed the sale of our grandmother’s home for over 18 months, and we can’t recommend him enough. The property was in a trust, so every offer, concession, and repair required court approval, Mikhail stayed in constant contact with our attorney to keep everything on track. Partway through, we discovered black mold and had to pull the listing, remediate, rebuild, and relist.
