Mikhail Quijada managed the sale of our grandmother’s home for over 18 months, and we can’t recommend him enough. The property was in a trust, so every offer, concession, and repair required court approval, Mikhail stayed in constant contact with our attorney to keep everything on track. Partway through, we discovered black mold and had to pull the listing, remediate, rebuild, and relist. Mikhail guided us through all of it, including a lost offer and an eventual sale to an international buyer. Since we live out of town, he also made regular visits to keep the home HOA-compliant and connected us with his landscaping company to maintain the yard while it sat vacant.
